Jonny and Steve has been great throughout the whole process of buying my new Mercedes. Coming out of my old Mercedes into my new one it is completely a whole new car and technology that I thought would process of buying my new Mercedes. Coming out of my old Mercedes into my new one it is completely a whole new car and technology that I thought would take me along time to figure out but Jonny the tech specialist has been extremely patient, professional, very friendly and was able to successfully get me comfortable with using all of the functions and made it fun and was able to quiz me through to make sure I was having fun and engaged. My wife and I got a Mercedes’ from Steve Jobs at Mercedes’ of natick and dealt with Jonny Pham. What a difference he made, he knows the car inside out, took the time and patience to explain everyth Mercedes’ of natick and dealt with Jonny Pham.
