We live in Massachusetts and don't have access to Starlink so we needed to have the software updated when we brought the car in for its first 6 month checkup. The person on the phone kept insisting Starlink so we needed to have the software updated when we brought the car in for its first 6 month checkup. The person on the phone kept insisting that we could do the upgrade ourselves but we cannot. The salesman finally got it straightened out and they did it for us. They took 3 hours to do the checkup and software upgrade. That's a lot. They did not call us when the car was ready. Very disappointing. More
