False prices I was quoted prices for services I needed. When I called back about service was told I must of not been to that Nissan because that’s not even their p I was quoted prices for services I needed. Solid as two rocls I pulled into the service station a little before 7 for my scheduled appointment. The man working opened up the garage style doors and let me right i I pulled into the service station a little before 7 for my scheduled appointment. The man working opened up the garage style doors and let me right in. He made sure I had everything I needed and up to date information. He then brought me inside the dealership making me feel right at home. I was there before the dealership was open and felt perfectly comfortable. He offered me snacks, coffee, and water. It felt very good about my experience and definitely thought the staff was reliable. More

Tried to get as much money from me as possible Invoice has "shop fees" when other dealerships do not have this. Customers HATE FEES so build it into rate or dont charge at all. Dont try to sell me a resurface of rotors or rotor replacement when you haven't looked at it. My car was not having issues when braking so it didn't need to be done. More
