Poor Customer Service Went in for oil change, wanted them to inspect my leaking sunroof, I was told they didn't have time and that I was going to have to make an appointmen Went in for oil change, wanted them to inspect my leaking sunroof, I was told they didn't have time and that I was going to have to make an appointment because they were too busy with other customers. Darrin then stated would you like a Carwash anyways, I said no!! My sunroof leaks! Needless to say after service was "performed" they washed my car anyways and just make the leak worse. Never got an apology from anyone. Customer service is horrible I will be contacting Nissan consumer affairs and taking my business elsewhere. More
