Jordan was very helpful! He wasn't pushy and cared how I was feeling about the vehicle. He went on 3 test drives with me and was excited to be doing it. We purchased a 2020 Rogue at the end of November and have had nothing but issues with Jordan and Gateway ever since. Jordan told us the car had features it did not have and we were not aware of this until a had nothing but issues with Jordan and Gateway ever since. Jordan told us the car had features it did not have and we were not aware of this until a few days after purchasing the vehicle when we tried to test out these features. When I called to ask about these features Gateway shut me down and told me “Jordan was new” and there was nothing they could do. No apologies from anyone. Then my husband called and the manager agreed to at least install a new auto start because that was one of the features we were told my car had but did not. Then, we took my car in to have the paint fixed... Jordan told me it would be a one day fix that turned into 6 days and still needed to be taken in one more time after that. After I received my car back the first time I noticed the alignment was off, I mentioned it when we dropped it off the second time the paint was getting fixed. When we picked up the car Gateway told us the alignment was fine but I still didn’t think it was. My husband called today and Gateway admitted the alignment was off but didn’t tell us because it wasn’t covered under the warranty. The car is not even 2 months old! Now we have to pay to have an alignment done. I would not recommend Jordan or Gateway to anyone. More
