I had an excellent experience at Gartner Hyundai! I researched my purchase a few days before heading into the dealership last week, so I had a general idea of reasonable price ranges for the type of ca researched my purchase a few days before heading into the dealership last week, so I had a general idea of reasonable price ranges for the type of car I was seeking, but I received an even better deal on my 2013 Sonata thanks to my sales representative (Scott S.), who literally bent over backwards to help me, and their financial salespersons (like Scott L.). Scott S. was not only polite and welcoming to my parents and me, but he didn't beat around the bush during our time together. We asked him about financing and with his extensive experience in that field prior to his work in sales, he was able to provide me with an answer early in our meeting. He was efficient, respected me as a person and customer and didn't waste my time or get my hopes up, which I really appreciated. I spent about three hours at the dealership from the time I arrived until the time I drove off, and that included test-driving two cars, walking around to look at several different models and having inquiries answered by a variety of persons at the dealership. That's been the shortest of my three car-buying experiences. More

I just bought my first brand new car at Gartner Hyundai, the Accent GL 5dr and I am in love! I love the Eco boost and all of the safety features. At this point, I feel like Bluetooth is a safety feature and the Accent GL 5dr and I am in love! I love the Eco boost and all of the safety features. Jordan was a wonderful salesman and all of the staff at Gartner was extremely helpful and pleasant. I will definitely recommend Gartner to anyone looking to buy a new car.
