I was specifically researching for the Moon Light Cloud color for the Hyundai Palisade, and I was pleased to find that Napletons Hyundai had it available as an inbound vehicle. I was also willing to travel 150 miles to make the purchase. The availability of the Moon Light Cloud color and the great customer service provided by Jordan made it well worth the drive. In addition to providing excellent customer service, Jordan also gave me a fair price on my trade-in vehicle, a Sonata. He took the time to explain the value of my car and helped me understand how it affected the price of the Palisade. I appreciate his honesty and transparency throughout the negotiation process.
