I was dreading purchasing a new car as it is usually such a pain but I can say that Ferris and Jordan made this a painless and even enjoyable experience. I did not expect to receive any help with this and had already set an appointment with a repair company when Ferris called me and let me know that they were going to fix it free of charge! The dealership putting things on used or new cars not asked for is called fraud, Just because you the dealership/salesmen want it on there does not mean the paying customer wants it. Who are you to tell customers what they have to have? so yes I will spend my money elsewhere. Napleton I thought you were better then what your salesmen made you look like. More

To make a long story short Jordan my sales rep tried to take advantage of me ! He took a $23,500 purchase and turned it into a $31,000 purchase. He added all types of stuff I didn’t ask for like the Ultimate Appearance package for $1500, floor mats for $300, The Gold Experience for $1000, etc. The list went on. To you Jordan not every woman that walks through that door is desperate for a car, nor are they stupid . For this reason I will not be returning to Napelton to purchase a vehicle . This is not how you treat loyal customers !!!! More
