I am so disappointed in the service, the “worse dealership experience I ever visited.” I brought my car in for an oil change today and was very disappointed in the time it took to get it done and s dealership experience I ever visited.” I brought my car in for an oil change today and was very disappointed in the time it took to get it done and service I received. My appointment was at 11:40am and by the time I received my car it was after 3 pm. According to the guy in charge, all the guys were at lunch and will get to it when they finish it. He said, your appointment was at lunch time- I took the appointment that was given to me, I didn’t ask for it. The entire experience was awful, I felt like I was being held hostage. To top it all off, when I received my car back it was so dirty, my car was actually clean when I took it there, not sure what they did to it- so much for their complimentary car wash. I had to take it in to a car wash since there was mud on the hood and the back window. The hood looks like there are scratches on it. The waiting area was not cleaned at all the entire time I was waiting there. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. I will be adding comments to Yelp and where ever I can.. More

I bought a car from them 2 weeks ago i was driving and saw that the car flashed low oil i said couldnt be since valley Hyundai told be before i bought it th3ry changed the oil, wiper, checked fluid, and r saw that the car flashed low oil i said couldnt be since valley Hyundai told be before i bought it th3ry changed the oil, wiper, checked fluid, and rotated tires so i get out and lwr the oil settle and checked the dip stick and it had almost nothing car took four qts.The car doesnt leak oil cause its garage kept so i would see if it was leaking. So what happened to the oil in the car??? They dont know ...so when i go there Oli Ponce tells me that we must of done something to the car and starts telling me how good their attorney team is at napleton Valley Hyundai that my only option are take it up with the attorneys or let them top off the oil and leave. I asked to speak to another manager he sent in a sales guy pretending to be a manager (wow i couldn't believe they did that) the whole time there i had it all on camera on my phone the fake manager, their great attorney team and all. So now i have a car making noise because their technicians forgot to add back the oil when they did the oil change but its my fault and at the end of the day im the guy getting taken and paying the bill for their mistakes. Now that im posting this and saw a post of a guy with a blown engine i guess thats where my car is heading More
