When the paperwork and signatures were completed, I worked with an Eduardo J. who helped me get all set up with the Toyota app, features in the vehicle, and get my phone synced with the vehicle. He was very patient with my slow-smart phone selections. : 0). The baton passing was great! No issues and no miscommunication. Had the pleasure of working with salesperson Jordan Krenek on the purchase of a 2024 Toyota Tundra. The transition for me was with ease and worry free with his professional guidance; just what I was looking for. I would also like to note the professional service when dealing with financing aspect of the vehicle from Alex Aviles. This gentleman was more than helpful and also aided the comfort of the sale.
