When the paperwork and signatures were completed, I worked with an Eduardo J. who helped me get all set up with the Toyota app, features in the vehicle, and get my phone synced with the vehicle. He was very patient with my slow-smart phone selections. : 0). The baton passing was great! No issues and no miscommunication.
