I loved my sales rep (Jordan) however the dealership fails I bought my first new car from Luther in 2015, and promised myself I would not return....but I did, and again bought a new 2020 model earlier this wee I bought my first new car from Luther in 2015, and promised myself I would not return....but I did, and again bought a new 2020 model earlier this week. My sales rep was fantastic (Jordan) however the dealership is so non-customer centric, still today. I couldn't complete my transaction during my first visit because the all-important finance department was too busy to see me. I left the dealership knowing I would have to return again at some point. I made an appointment to finish all paperwork the following morning at 9am, however I was the only party that showed up. Finally at 9:45 a finance person approached me and we got the paperwork completed. Luther has a corporate culture whereby sales reps must kiss the xxxxx of the all-important finance department, to get a customer served. Nothing has changed since my first puirchase in 2015. As a customer, if you are unwilling to "kiss the ring" of the finance department, you must wait a few hours until they decide to make themselves available. It's udderly rediculous and I feel sorry for their sales department. They have no support from their general manager.... HORRIBLE leadership. I won't return. More
