I gave you all a review based on the job you all did. I had a problem with the Brookdale Buick. My daughter my 19 yr old took my Buick envision the reps said they could fix it but it was going to cost about 9 thousand dollars. I bought it from them brand new. I took it to them several times i have all the receipts. Before this time my daughter drove it home and the awd malfunction then the cylinder went out that didn't show up on the dynastic test. I will never take my vehicle back there again. My children and my friends. I feel they took advantage of my daughter.Please tell them to stop sending me them coupons. I don't blame the dealership i blame the people that work there. I will be taking my Buick to someone that will be honest. They really need to take notes from Chrysler. Management needs to investigate them mechanics. I am a retired disabled Veteran served 20yrs and all i want is professional and honest people working on my vehicles.
