We were shopping for a used Volvo and looked at Bob Penkhus Volvo in Colorado Springs as well as 3 Volvo dealers in Denver. Bob Penkhus had the best prices and were willing to work with us around our insurance payment. Jordan McManus was great -- informative, not high pressure, and ready to help (even when I had questions after the purchase). I highly recommend this dealership. More

He was very friendly and respectful on the phone. He helped to remediate the situation as best he could. This is the second car my husband and I have purchased from this dealership. The first car we purchased from Mike hepperle. It was a great experience thr first time and we had great service in their car shop. Tyler was awesome let me test drive and take to my girlfriend who was working, so she could see. Very knowledgeable about the brand. Everyone was friendly even though super busy due to Memorial Day weekend;. Checked on me often and JR in finance was great! Fast to get us in and out. Jordan walked me around the car and showed me the in and out of my new VW! More
