Jordan helped me sync my phone before leaving to the Bluetooth in my new car. He also showed some features that would be useful for me. Overall my experience there was very positive. More

Great customer service I recently purchased an upgraded SUV from Bob penkhus from a salesman named Jordan. I had some concerns about the sale and trade in of my car. A man I recently purchased an upgraded SUV from Bob penkhus from a salesman named Jordan. I had some concerns about the sale and trade in of my car. A manager, William Chavez, called me immediately. He was very friendly and respectful on the phone. He helped to remediate the situation as best he could. This is the second car my husband and I have purchased from this dealership. The first car we purchased from Mike hepperle. It was a great experience thr first time and we had great service in their car shop. We are happy to do business with this dealer and highly recommend them. More

Found the perfect car!! Couldn't decide to get the GTI or Tiguan, Megan found the White GTI! Test drove and loved it. Tyler was awesome let me test drive and take to my girlfriend who was working, so she could see. Very knowledgeable about the brand. Everyone was friendly even though super busy due to Memorial Day weekend;. Checked on me often and JR in finance was great! Fast to get us in and out. Jordan walked me around the car and showed me the in and out of my new VW! More
