I like the car we got, and not even unhappy with the deal overall. I was disappointed that I was lied to about them being part of the Costco auto sales program for we got, and not even unhappy with the deal overall. I was disappointed that I was lied to about them being part of the Costco auto sales program for Volvo just to keep me in the dealership. I should have left after the truth came out, but my wife really needed a car. We’re repeat customers here, but probably will go to Denver next time and stick with Costco’s recommended dealers. Dishonest actions might pay off today, but they won’t pay off tomorrow. Also I purchased a Volvo, not a Volkswagen, but the survey didn’t offer that as an option. More

I feel like a little more time could have been spent showing & explaining to us the features of the model of car we decided to purchase. Cost out the door was a little more than we had anticipated, but if service continues to be great it will be worth it. The financing part seemed a little rushed, so hopefully all the fine print is okay. Overall it was a great experience and we’re loving our new Mazda CX-5! More
