Amazing customer service from the greeting (George) and my sale person (Jordan). I never felt pressured. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all of the Mazda products. Even though he dose not control the f my sale person (Jordan). I never felt pressured. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all of the Mazda products. Even though he dose not control the financial process he made sure to save me some money. This will be a first car for my daughter he understood the assignment. Pros: My salesperson Jordan was professional and did a good job working with me through the process. In addition to giving me a quick overview of the technical aspects of the care. I went from a 2010 to 2 good job working with me through the process. In addition to giving me a quick overview of the technical aspects of the care. I went from a 2010 to 2022, so there’s a learning curve. Managers involved were friendly. Cons: Trade-in manager initially gave me a negative trade-in which was insulting and a slap in my face. Really outside of what other dealers had offered. My day spent was from 10:45 am to 5:30 pm. Too long. However I love my car CX30 2022 carbon edition. More
