Paul (who was also great) referred me to Jordan at the Berwyn dealer and said hey had just gotten in an S60 R Design that met all my needs and fell within my price range. Jordan was incredibly helpful and laid let. I test drove the car on Saturday, exchanged some texts during the week, agreed on a price, and picked it up the following Saturday. The whole process took an hour tops. I would highly recommend Jordan and Keystone overall. More

I honestly couldn't judge where the right side of the car was located when I took the car out! Jordan Pavillard was amazingly patient during that time and worked with me until I was comfortable behind the wheel. He also took a great deal of time to explain all of the wonderful safety features in the car and how all of the new equipment (gadgets) like blind side and blue tooth worked. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the car and the time he took with us until we were comfortable with the SUV. Purchasing the car also went smoothly. SInce that time, the car has been serviced as directed by the manual, and the service department was courteous and took care of minor concerns without incident. It has been a very positive experience dealing with Jordan and Keystone Volvo. More
