This has truly been the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. From the beginning, everyone was really friendly, had GREAT personalities, AND MOST OF ALL WAS MAKING SURE ME AND MY MOTHER WERE BOTH buying a car. Bought my first car from this dealership when they were still in 11th street. I have purchased 7 more since then. Bought a pick up on 6/28/2025 as of 10/09/2025 still have not received a title for it so I still in 11th street. I have purchased 7 more since then. Bought a pick up on 6/28/2025 as of 10/09/2025 still have not received a title for it so I can purchase my tag. As I reflect on the previous purchases a I can honestly say I can see a decline in this dealership. May be just the days we are living in but I believe loyalty is a thing of the past. It has been 40 years since I have received a ticket but now I am driving around with a tag that was only good through August. I did have a problem with the title on my trade since it was older and paid off in 2011 I did not have the lien release but after a call to the finance company I had my release within 7 days. I want to point out in that 7 days I received a call from Jackie Cooper Nissan asking if I had receives it yet! It seems like they were worried about things on my end but not to concerned about delivering things on there end. I will think long and hard before I do business with them again. I also want to point out buying this pick up the transaction took 6 hours! Totally unacceptable! More
