I thought I’d check out their website just to see what they had considering I’ve been looking for a new SUV. I found the most beautiful *customized* 2019 GMC Terrain which I absolutely fell in love with but didn’t think was really possible to even consider. Fast forward 24 hours and I’m literally in my dream car! Alex was the absolute BEST! So honest, so reassuring, and just so kind. Never did he feel pushy...I told him my terms and what I was working with, and he made it happen. I am just so happy and pleased with my whole experience, Alex is simply the best! From the moment we walked into Delray Buick, when we were greeted by the sales manger, to our introduction to the our salesman, Steve, to the driving away in a new Buick, we were treated very well, no pressure, no gimmicks, no wasted time and no bull. We were given a fair price on our trade in and the only issue was the dealership getting the color I wanted. Our salesman, Steve, took care of that and even quickly answered phone calls from me. Getting the car took 24 hours and went very smoothly. When we went back to pick up the car the paper work was done in record time and we were out the door.
