Friendly service experience. I was politely directed to the service area to order a replacement part for my vehicle and was greeted with exceptional service by Robert. He was able to find the exact part I needed by matching my VIN number to it and also gladly assisted me in finding my FordPass member ID so that I could pay with points. One thing that really stood out was being able to complete my experience without interruption. He made sure to take phone calls and quickly put them on hold so that my wait wasn’t long and didn’t have me stand there while he was on the phone. All together just a great experience and I would most definitely come back to order parts here again. More
