I waited there for 4 hours just for oil change.
I was told they are waiting for part after 3 hours and then I can take my car if I don't want to get my oil changed after waiting 3 hours.

Scheduling the service was very easy, I loved the app set
up and communication from the service dept. However, I was told the service would take 45 minutes for a simple tire rotation and oil change and it to

I watched the process through the service glass that shows the entire maintenance bay, and I was frustrated. The mechanics move like they're stuck in molasses, they chipped my hub caps, dropped my splash shield on the ground from above shoulder height, and spent more time joking and talking than working on my vehicle. When the service dept. tech told me I needed a new battery, transmission fluid service, and fuel service, I can only take them as seriously as they're taking their own job, which is very little. I'll be finishing out the service contract that I prepaid with them, but I'll probably find another service shop once completed.
