Car pricing was very competitive and service was perfect. Not pushy and very informed. Only issue was a used car that was only 7 months old only had I key and when I removed a step installed in the hitch, I Not pushy and very informed. Jorden was very nice and informative. The sales manager, Vinny messed up on getting paperwork completed and 5 day after the purchase of my dream jeep he contacted me saying he needed me t The sales manager, Vinny messed up on getting paperwork completed and 5 day after the purchase of my dream jeep he contacted me saying he needed me to come and sign other firm he forgot. Then he said he also found a better deal. I looked into all the credit reports and he had run my credit again 5 days later without my authorization. I had to go out of town so I was unable to sign papers. I told him I didn’t want an another loan because I’m not trying to ruin my credit, but it surely was run again. He had his manager text me that if I didn’t sign the documents they were coming to take the jeep back eve though Vinny and Jorden had said numerous times the deal was done and we were good. We were at the dealer for almost 6 hours on a Wednesday. Never offered us anything until we asked for a drink. When we were leaving we found out that they had free hot dogs from 11am till 2pm and even though I told Jorden my boyfriend is diabetic and his sugars were dropping he did nothing. Then I asked for a vending machine or something to eat and he took me to the biding next door through some offices to the back where the trash is and vending machines where I purchased a candy bar and a soda. There was plenty of time for Vinny to get his act together and have all the paperwork he needed. Now, since I was out of town and unable to sign documents they took my jeep and my credit dropped due to the credit being run after it was already a done deal. I am so upset and disappointed at this dealership especially with Vinny. He called my boyfriend and tried to say some things that were not acceptable. He was just in a hurry to make a sale that he didn’t do his job as the sales manager, but I’m sure he’ll just move on to the next client. No harm no fowl right? Shame! More
