I had just begun looking online for local dealerships that had a black loaded Chrysler 300. I found that Leesburg had a few so I submitted an online request and heard back from Jorden in a short time. that had a black loaded Chrysler 300. I found that Leesburg had a few so I submitted an online request and heard back from Jorden in a short time. We discussed the details and decided to drive from Brooksville to take a test drive. Upon arrival Jorden greeted us and put us in the capable hands of Maglio "Mags" Bolivar. After looking at what was available my wife test drove a couple of them and picked the one she liked best. A short delay was caused by me forgetting I had credit locks on the 3 credit bureaus, but even with that it was only few hours until she drove her new car back home. Finally, the next day she noticed a minor concern. Mags asked us to stop by at our convenience so they could address it. A few days later we stopped by, dropped off the car then went to lunch. When we returned the concern was resolved and the car had another full tank of gas. When it's time to look for another car, this place will be on the top of our list. More

I was told it would be ready in a few days. After a week I had to call them. They did the simplest fix possible that I know took all of an hour to install, and I highly doubt all components o After a week I had to call them. They did the simplest fix possible that I know took all of an hour to install, and I highly doubt all components of the steering system were checked. Such as: ball joints, bushings, track bar attachments and alignment. From what I’ve read, it’s only a temporary solution to the Jeep Death Wobble. As bad of an experience I had at this dealer, I would have thought they would have kissed my a$$ a little more and at least had the vehicle cleaned before I picked it up. We’ll see how long it lasts. More

Emailed dealer of a vehicle posted on website received call back asked for out the door cost they had my attention drove to stealer ship to negotiate a better price becuase I knew from other emailed inqui call back asked for out the door cost they had my attention drove to stealer ship to negotiate a better price becuase I knew from other emailed inquires to other dealer ships the price would be negotiable so I drove to stealer ship check book in hand to make a deal and at a loss for words could not even negotiate a dollar so I left stealer ship and made up my mind I would jump on a plane and save 5 grand out of state So the next day stealer ship calls wanting to negotiate price within 200 bucks of where I was offering yesterday I said I was there yesterday for that deal if you want me back you will have to do better after a couple text messages through out day I decided to go ahead and make the deal I was with in 1800/2300 bucks for same vehicle from out of state at 3 difrent locations abroad the other dealr ships were all within 500 bucks of each other so I decided to save my self some time and go with CDJR of leesburg So I drove the 3 hour one way trip to CDJR of leesburg after all needed information was emailed over 5 hours before my arrival all to just sit and wait for 2hrs and 25 minutes before they took me in office to sighn paper work a complete waste of time And to top off the bad experience they told me I could not take possession of vehicle becuase it had not cleared service this is a brand new vehicle with 12 miles on it this should have cleared service on arrival when put into inventory so I got up said I will not waste six more hour round trip I’ll get on a plane and drive home 8 hrs before I come back here then they proceeded to tell me if they could deliver vehicle would I take it I said that’s the only way so we finished paperwork didn’t leave stealer ship till 9:50 pm after arrival of 7:05 pm to supposedly only sighn and drive 2 hrs 45 minutes So to sum it up from trying to compromise a deal to the legal paperwork end to the customer service having a new vehicle ready to take possession the entire experience was pitiful to say the least worst vehicle purchase experience ever On a vehicle that I sought out knowing exactly what I wanted and could have been a 5 minute negotiation one drive to dealer to sighn and drive If I had of went with original offer I would have throwed 3,700 in the trash and being able to walk away is the only reason they would make a deal if you had to finance threw them and you were at there mercy they will stick it to you it’s like they are trained to not negotiate until after you leave and I don’t do buisness that way if I had it to do over I would have jumped on a plane visited family and drove new vehicle home thanks for showing me the evil side of stealer ships CDJR of leesburg More
