They did not do their due diligence before we left the shop.... They knew we had an hour and a half drive did not check tire pressure...TPS..came on ... 3 TIRES low on pressure .. Terrible experience, borderline criminal. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! They made us pay an additional $1,000,00 over the asking price of the car for the CDJR Advantage I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! They made us pay an additional $1,000,00 over the asking price of the car for the CDJR Advantage Warranty. Lied about other items. When we met with the finance guy Mr. Ed he tried to sell us the same warranty for another $3,500.00 they had already raised the price of the car on the sale floor by $1,000.00. then they would not give us the warranty they raised the price of the car by $1,000.00. I was also told by Jorden Hayes in the sales department they would arrange to replace the cracked windshield. As of no one will return our calls or take care of the windshield. Be careful doing business with the team of people at this dealership. More
