My year long search across Minnesota for the right car with the right dealership ended at St. Cloud Toyota. For whatever reason, finding the right car along with the right partners is really hard to find with the right dealership ended at St. Cloud Toyota. For whatever reason, finding the right car along with the right partners is really hard to find these days. Taylor and Jon exceeded my expectations. They were honest, genuine, knowledgable, and truly partnered with each other and with me to reach a win-win deal. I was so blown away, I got emotional when the deal was met. I've come across many sales reps and managers through this arduous process that were disrespectful or didn't treat me as a valued customer. Aside from my experience with finance, I would recommend this dealership in a second! It's clear why this dealership is top rated. Taylor, I see you going far here! More

The experience was exceptional! Everybody I worked with tried very hard to meet my expectations. Overall, I enjoyed the experience. My experience buying a car through St Cloud Toyota was excellent from beginning with Jordon Minks to finishing with Nate L. I had many calls with Jordon and he was always helpful and pleasant. I changed what I was looking for as I learned more, and Jordon was able to find exactly what I wanted. He would follow up with me, but was never pushy. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out Nate would pick me up in Minneapolis and take me to my car. We had a great conversation learning about each other during the drive. Nate was very thorough teaching me about the features of my new RAV4. And I appreciated his follow up call the following day to see if I had any questions..I would recommend St Cloud Toyota to anyone looking for a car. More
