I bought the black Supra on 8/15. Everybody was fantastic to work with. Super laid back and friendly, but always was willing to explain, answer my questions or run multiple scenarios to make sure everything to work with. Nate was extremely nice and accommodating and made buying a car super simple and straight forward. I felt like he went to bat for me a few times for my trade in and car price and made me feel like he was legitimately trying to get me the best deal. Mitch was amazing at explaining the numbers and all the different options available to me. So much so that I will definitely reach out if I find a better deal on any of the services I plan on doing (clear bra installation, for example) Jordon was who I talked to first after reaching out about test driving the Supra. No other dealer would let me test drive it, but Jordon did what he could (and succeeded) in getting me that test drive. If I wouldn’t have been able to test drive it, I wouldn’t have bought it. One of the best dealer experiences I have had. Definitely will consider for installation services and future car purchases. Keep it up! More

Disappointed! I am leasing a 2020 RAV4 since April. I have the Toyota app on my phone and within that app, I am supposed to be able to lock, unlock and start my ve I am leasing a 2020 RAV4 since April. I have the Toyota app on my phone and within that app, I am supposed to be able to lock, unlock and start my vehicle. This has worked less than a handful of times. I called Toyotas 1-800 number and was on the phone for over an hour only to be told that they didn't know what was wrong so she opened a "case" and asked that I bring my vehicle into St Cloud Toyota. I brought my vehicle in this week only to be told they couldn't find anything wrong and that it's my phone and that I should contact AT&T. I'm not sure why it would be AT&T's fault? I'm extremely disappointed that I now have a brand new vehicle and remote start on my phone that doesn't work anyway! More
