The experience went very well. Most everything was taken care of over the phone and the vehicle was basically easy when we arrived. I would suggest that you establish a method of offering the info on warra care of over the phone and the vehicle was basically easy when we arrived. I would suggest that you establish a method of offering the info on warranty options ahead of time since some take time to install. I would have gotten the vehicle protective film for an additional 15 per month but since I did not know it was available, I could not wait to have it installed. We needed to be back in Ashland that evening and it is a 4 hour drive. Thanks again for everything. Richard More

St. Cloud Toyota had the Highlander Hybrid we were looking for at a price lower than our local dealer. We drove from West Fargo and Jordan pulled the keys for us once he knew we were coming. We had a “VIP “ appointment scheduled for 2:30p.m. We had dealt with Jordon the internet rep. I let the receptionist know we were here. When I told her we had been dealing with Jordon, she said there should dealt with Jordon the internet rep. I let the receptionist know we were here. When I told her we had been dealing with Jordon, she said there should have been a salesperson assigned to us . We took a seat at a table near the door. After a few minutes Gauge approached us and said he would be helping us. We said fine, he then started asking questions and filling out a form. I interrupted him and said we had assumed that we would be seeing a purchase agreement and that we had already shared all information he was asking. He said he wasn’t aware of this and didn’t see a file packet on us. Gauge appeared to be trying hard to pull things together, but it was clear there was a failure to communicate internally. More

Everything went very smooth with the delivery of my new truck, from starting to find the right truck for me to driving it off to home. I can't explain how great of a time I had. Also everyone I talked to turned out to be a new friend. Thanks St Cloud Toyota for changing a frustrating car buying process to one that was fun and enjoyable for me!!!! More

When we first talked the internet sales guy we specifically said no high pressure sales. Better than Ford, but ya just cant help it. We started out just shopping and you knew it, trying to make specifically said no high pressure sales. Better than Ford, but ya just cant help it. We started out just shopping and you knew it, trying to make us feel bad cause we didn't jump right away was disappointing. The one thing I found really disturbing was that we did not know anything about the additional warranty services offered until dealing with finance and the final paperwork. We had always assumed that extended warrenty options would be made available at a later date. Those options should have been discussed prior so we weren't forced to make a decision at the last minute. More

Internet price was competitive without the usual dickering involved with the Twin Cities Toyota dealerships (that alone was worth the drive). Fair offer on my trade as well. Only real downsid dickering involved with the Twin Cities Toyota dealerships (that alone was worth the drive). Fair offer on my trade as well. Only real downside was getting the whole extended warranty pitch from the finance person, even after my very clearly stating up front I was not interested (respect the customer please). Still he got through the rest of the process reasonably fast. Salesperson was friendly and helpful but not especially knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in (which wasn’t a drawback for me as I’d done my research). As FYI in covid times, be prepared to take the test drive with the salesperson (windows down on a cold day, the times we live in...) Have no service experience with the dealer, so can’t comment there. Still a reasonably good overall experience as compared to others, but be prepared to endure the whole extended warranty theatrics.
