I had a great experience. It started with the e-mails and texts with Jordon when I found a used vehicle I was interested in. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Since I was driving up from Blooming and texts with Jordon when I found a used vehicle I was interested in. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Since I was driving up from Bloomington, I wanted to make sure we had an agreement ahead of time. He helped me to navigate that process. Once I arrived, I was fortunate enough to work with Rob and he couldn't be more pleasant to work with. He was so thorough and polite. Finally Mitch sealed the deal. We had a small hiccup that he quickly resolved and I know I sound like a broken record, but he was very nice as well. This dealership was so great to work with. We are super happy with our purchase and experience, I just wish they were located closer to the cities! More

The experience went very well. Most everything was taken care of over the phone and the vehicle was basically easy when we arrived. I would suggest that you establish a method of offering the info on warra care of over the phone and the vehicle was basically easy when we arrived. I would suggest that you establish a method of offering the info on warranty options ahead of time since some take time to install. I would have gotten the vehicle protective film for an additional 15 per month but since I did not know it was available, I could not wait to have it installed. We needed to be back in Ashland that evening and it is a 4 hour drive. Thanks again for everything. Richard More
