Then when the supplies finally came in a month later- they tell me it will be another month before I can get an appointment. So… Parkside Kia won’t be purchasing that Carnival Hybrid from you next year! More

Well I went in for my second recall alert on my 2020 Kia Soul of course they recommended a 20,0000 mi check-up & found some things they thought I needed , I only accepted one which was overpriced as it's a Soul of course they recommended a 20,0000 mi check-up & found some things they thought I needed , I only accepted one which was overpriced as it's a dealership & I can live with that but more recently my check engine light came on & stayed on I left two messages through the switch board person to the service department but they never called back ,so by another means I had it checked & serviced ....by the way my car is still under warranty showed me my issue wasn't that important to them , hope they do better next time. More

I would like to start by saying this review is not on the business as a whole rather an individual. My vehicle was purchased with Brandon and was a great experience. It is normally serviced with Jordyn who has always been amazing and a pleasure to work with. However, if you bring your car in to be serviced please avoid Jared at all costs. He was very rude from start to finish. Unhelpful when I asked for a copy of the mutlipoint inspection as I have always been provided. When I presented a coupon printed from their site he huffed like a two year old and said "Of course you do". Then proceeded to rip the papers off and act like it was very inconvenient to use the coupons they provide. I never once received a text or email as my car was being serviced as I always have. So please do yourself a favor and continue to use the services they provide however avoid dealing with him if you want to have a pleasant experience. I 1000 percent recommend dealing with Jordyn in the service department as I have always had her and always had a great experience until today. More

I have purchased 2 cars from Parkside and Brandon Jordan has been an amazing person to walk me through the process. He isn't "salesey" he is supportive and walks you through what would be best for what you has been an amazing person to walk me through the process.
