I purchased a used car from Max. He was great. If I was rating him, it would be a 5 star.. But I’m rating the dealership as a one star. I purchased the car on Monday 6/9/25 I put $5K He was great. I purchased the car on Monday 6/9/25 I put $5K on a card and Jeff the finance guy said he couldn’t give me the papers until I paid in full. My wife brought a check in for the balance of $13K.the next morning and they told her that there is no paperwork? I have call down there twice and explained the problem. Both times the person told me that they would talk to Jeff and get back to me. I have yet receive a phone call. I’m driving a car with expired registration and no paperwork. I think that is very unprofessional and will not purchase a car from that dealership again. More
