I worked with Jorge Campozano and he was able to get the month lease fee and down payment to a point where I could afford, felt comfortable with and walked away feeling like I got a great deal. I also worked with Michael Papdakis on the financials. He was able to offer me a steal on the service package - it was a deal I couldn't pass up. Overall, the process was quick, painless, organized and enjoyable. Jorge and Michael were great and so nice to work with. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. More

They heard what we wanted and truly delivered to our needs, unlike any other dealer. The treated us like we have known each other for years, explained EVERY detail and left no questions answered. I would never go to another Nissan dealer to buy a car than to Jorge and Matthew at Bruce Bennett in Wilton. They make the car buying experience a joy and you end up leaving with having made new friends that will stick with you throughout the term of the vehicle. They are liars. We saw a nice used car advertised for sale. This morning we called them to verify that the car was available for us to look at since we are an hour a We saw a nice used car advertised for sale. This morning we called them to verify that the car was available for us to look at since we are an hour away from the dealer. We drove the hour only to find out the car was mysteriously in the shop because of a scratch on the bumper. They then tried to hard sell us some other car. My poor 16 yr old daughter was very excited to look at and possible buy this car and they lied to us. Why would any give these liars their money. Imagine how mad I was after we drove an hour to see this car that probably doesn't exist. More

False advertising, total nonsense I went in to look at a used 2014 certified Nissan Sentra. Price was $9700, I told the salesman flat out I was looking at a civic a corolla and a Mazda I went in to look at a used 2014 certified Nissan Sentra. Price was $9700, I told the salesman flat out I was looking at a civic a corolla and a Mazda 3 as well and it didn’t matter which one I bought as its meant for gas mileage to commute. I asked what’s the bottom bottom # to get rid of the car today... they make you sit there for 20 mins while they play their game. Finally Jorge (salesman) comes back with the sheet with numbers for nearly $14,000 out the door. They charge $1500 to certify the car, normally that’s built into the price of the car. Anything to get you in the door. Looked like a decent deal online but then they come up with 3000$ in BS fees. I told them I’d pay $8000 for the vehicle and tax and registration and that was it. They realized I was an educated consumer and they basically didn’t want to be bothered. So unprofessional I would never recommend anyone go here. More
