We travelled all the way from Palmdale out to them on Friday night and they were slammed. We didn't know how things worked, so we started at the new car side. When we got there, the receptionist said there was no one available to help us, but that we could wait for someone in the lounge. We decided to walk around and see if we could find the trucks, that's when we ventured over to the used car side. We walked in and asked for help, same thing, everyone was busy, so we told them we would walk around and to send someone out to us. We found the trucks, took a look at them and decided to test drive one of them. That's when Jorge came out and helped us. Jorge is a friendly guy that really wants to help his customers. He had a couple of customers on the lot already that were trying to decide if they wanted to buy when he came out to help us. He took us for a test drive and explained the pricing on their used cars. We decided to look at a new car, because pricing would be similar even if it had fewer options. Jorge took us to the new car side so we could check out the inventory, and we found the perfect truck on their inventory website. Now we just had to find it in their physical inventory of thousands of vehicles!!! None of the new car guys would help us, so we took a ride up to their storage parking structure. With all of us looking, we found it right away!!! We drove it and decided we loved it! Jorge got all the paperwork ready right away. We agreed on price and next thing I knew, we were in the finance office. No games! Finance guy was straightforward. We walked out to the truck and it didn't have floormats in it. No problem, Jorge took care of us and made sure that we had paperwork to pick them up (at no additional cost) from the parts department the next day and when we got there, he gave us a full tank of gas. Great and easy experience all around. Thanks Jorge and Longo!!! More

I met with amazing sales man Jorge who gave me a great deal on a Toyota Camry. He was super informative and helpful and I didn’t feel pressured to buy. He was very patient (since I wasn’t too prepared with information I needed) and made sure I got the best deal. My all in all experience was pleasant, quick and easy. I’ve been driving my Camry now a week and I couldn’t be any happier with it. More
