Dealership employees are very nice. Salesman was a true professional and a gentleman. His manager was also very professional. However, the finance man, the person who does all the pap Salesman was a true professional and a gentleman. His manager was also very professional. However, the finance man, the person who does all the paperwork for financing and sales documents was extremely rude and unprofessional. His behavior and demeanor almost made me walk out of the dealership. Just for info, I did not have any financing on the deal. Most of the people I dealt with were truly an asset to the organization. The finance person is a tremendous liability to the organization. If he hasn’t already, he will ultimately cost the dealership loss of sales. More
