Jorge was great in keeping me informed as to the status of my vehicle. However, as to the shop in diagnosing my issue, it apparently took the shop 1 whole week to figure out that the misfiring cylinder on of my vehicle. However, as to the shop in diagnosing my issue, it apparently took the shop 1 whole week to figure out that the misfiring cylinder on my 2024 Santa Fe was due to the electrical coil leaking oil onto the plug. I was told they even had to contact their tech center for additional assistance. This doesn't provide me with a sense of confidence in the shop. More

I had a 230 appo8ntment for an oil change. The first of my 3 free ones after purchasing my Hyundai Kona from this dealership. Arrived at 2;20. At 2:23! I received a text from Jorge telling me I "could text him anytime at this during your service visit". At 3;43, I texted back ask8ng how much longer to I have to wait. No response. At 4,00, to make the same inquiry & a man beh8nd the check in desk told me oil changes took 1/2-2 hours. I asked why because ny doctors don't even make me wait thar long. Guess he thought callings me ma'am several times made his frustrated tone sound more polite. Finally got car at 4:30. 2 hours for a simple oil change, with car owner showing up 10 minutes early for their appointment, is about 1 hour too long. What is the point of an appt & why does an oil change take 2 hours? More

Your service dept is total chaos. Service people staring at their screens and no one looks up to see people standing in front of them. No one communicated with the customer. Lobby is Service people staring at their screens and no one looks up to see people standing in front of them. No one communicated with the customer. Lobby is noisy, loud and seems disorganized. Everyone has a phone in each ear and again, people will come in and get no direction. By far the worst dealer service center I have seen including long wait times to get something very simple accomplished. There is a management and training problem at this dealership and it needs to be addressed. More
