He made sure I got all the discounts possible and was completely set up before I left. Only complaint is if you are going to have this great a sale, you need to have the man power to expedite. Took a total of 5 hours from beginning to end simply because they didn't have enough people to handle the traffic. Everyone was friendly, personable. If you hate car dealerships, come to this one, you will feel very comfortable going at your own pace. I drove an hour to get this car and it was worth the drive even though I have a Nissan dealership much closer to me. More
