Our sales person was Ernie Plaza and thanks to him I am driving a brand new Elantra. He is a very genuine and very modest young man. He listened to my needs and was very patient throughout the process. Through my years of car buying experiences this was one was the best and the smoothest. I would definitely advise everyone to visit this dealership and recommend Ernie Plaza as their salesperson. My husband and I WILL be returning to him in the future! worst place ive ever been to for car buying. I went to this dealership in hopes of trading in my car for a used car. When i arrived they asked me for my keys and checked my car out. I told them i I went to this dealership in hopes of trading in my car for a used car. When i arrived they asked me for my keys and checked my car out. I told them i was looking for a used car. I said i was interested in a Sonata, but they gave me a pamphlet for an elantra. I said over and over again i wanted a sonata. They then toted me around the entire new car lot looking at cars that were way to expensive for what i was looking for. It was like the sales rep wasn't even listening to me. He said i couldn't get a used car and that it had to be new, which is alot of BS since i talked to another dealer and they said it was fine. After going back and forth with them for 2 hours it seemed like i literally got up and left the table. These peope dont listen at all to what u want. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE i will never buy a car from them and i will never recommend this place. More

I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. I was skeptical about it because I had a bad experience at Universal Nissan a few years back, but Universal Hyundai was very different, and family. I was skeptical about it because I had a bad experience at Universal Nissan a few years back, but Universal Hyundai was very different, they were very professional from the moment I arrived and the sales guy that worked with us, Jose Cepeda was very helpful, he took his time and was not pushy like the other places I had been to. He was very knowledgeable about the Elantra's and in the end I took home a better model than the one I went to see. I love my new Elantra and I'm glad I stopped in that day and ran into Mr. Cepeda.
