Excellent car buying experience I drove into Greentree Toyota expecting just to buy a vehicle but I wound up leaving with not only a new Highlander but a new friend. Ray Jimenez is I drove into Greentree Toyota expecting just to buy a vehicle but I wound up leaving with not only a new Highlander but a new friend. Ray Jimenez is not your typical pushy salesperson and made my new vehicle purchase a very pleasant experience. Ray was very knowledgeable, a complete gentleman, and really worked with me to make sure that the model vehicle with the options that I wanted was the right fit for my budget. Bob Binette, the General Management, was also very personable and a pleasure to deal with. I was given a fair amount of money for my trade-in and a very competitive price for my new Highlander. I would feel very comfortable recommending this dealership, and especially Ray Jimenez, to any of my friends and family. More

I have worked for many dealerships in the past and to be honest even they end up screwing you but not here! I chose this dealership over another Toyota dealership (where I used to work) and this was after that dealership told me they couldn't get me approved. Greentree Toyota was great from the start all the way to the end. They were determined to get me approved and in a car I actually wanted. Marcus (salesperson) was so patient and kept me feeling special the whole time. Andy and Jose worked for days on end to get me approved and kept me feeling positive the whole time. This dealership is so welcoming and friendly that you can't even tell who the managers are because they are so easily accessible and part of every deal. I was greeted by Dan when I walked in frustrated and even the GSM Robert was part of the excitement. The used car manager Jeff helped make sure the car I picked was perfect for me. Over all an unbelievable experience. I'll be taking my dad there soon to get his car. It is truly a place you can trust and know you will be treated like family. More
