We felt like we were in a timeshare situation with being handed off to different salespeople and then the manager taking their time to give us back our cc. But Bryan at green tree was awesome. He listened to what we wanted, didn't rush us, was well prepared and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We went with a more expensive model because of the leather seats. And Jose walked us through the financing without pressuring us to buy stuff we really didn't need. We would definitely buy another vehicle from them. And the receptionist was kind and attentive. I'm not sure what her name was. More

He also look Marcus listened to what I wanted and did his best to provide me with the best options available for my very specific needs and requests. He also looked out for my pocketbook and pointed out those options that provided the best value for the dollars spent. He was quick and efficient and didn't try to sell me more than what I wanted or needed to buy. And to my amazement, even though the dealership was very busy the day I was there, and it was late in the day, I drove home my new car that very afternoon. More

Beyond inpressed Greentree is top notch! We brought our daughter to Greentree two weeks ago after a tornado totaled her car. She immediately fell in love with the 2018 Greentree is top notch! We brought our daughter to Greentree two weeks ago after a tornado totaled her car. She immediately fell in love with the 2018 Toyota Corolla LE! We had to go through the process of her previous car being deemed a total loss before she could decide if this was the right move! She considered a certified pre owned as well. Well today our 20 year old daughter purchased her very first new car - a beautiful shiny 2018 Corolla LE ( Galcatic Aqua) with 16 miles! Mike walked her through every step of this purchase and even sat in her new car with her before she left showing her each and every feature and how to use it (well past closing time)!!! Jose in the finance office was thorough and really worked with her budget, he made it work for her! This is the 3rd new Toyota in our household since 2015. The Danbury area has a lot of dealership choices, however, we will continue to purchase our cars from Greentree and Mike. We appreciate the time and care and understanding that went into this deal. I am so thankful that she had such an amazing 1st time new buyer experience and saw with her own eyes how customers should be / are treated at Greentree. As I was driving home, she was behind me....with a smile that I could see in the rear view mirror from a few car lengths away! Kristie & Andy More
