Unfortunate incident where I had asked multiple times for the correct information, yet was ultimately given the incorrect vin number which messed up my loan documents and cost me my time and effort to correc the correct information, yet was ultimately given the incorrect vin number which messed up my loan documents and cost me my time and effort to correct the dealerships mistakes. The purchase in dealing with the finance manager, Jose was also very enjoyable and very thorough. First new car purchase in over 25 years and would highly recommend them. Traveled from southeast PA up to Danbury CT and worth every mile. Best of all, we purchased the car (Rav4 Prime XSE) at MSRP!!!!!, while so many other dealers are taking advantage of customers with unfair markups. More
