Jose Crespo was my dealer and made the experience as comfortable as possible. i had just recently came from the lexus dealership not to far and did not have the best of service(maybe it was my backwards hat?) anyways Jose had excellent customer service skills and i felt that i was in control and was not being forced to buy. i came in to see an 09' TL and it was great but then i passed a '12 Tl in which i totally fell in in love with. i had about 10 cars that crossed my mind but i ended up buying the perfect one for me the same day. Jose and his team made my first car purchase a memorable one! i def recommend Acura of Westchester, they have awesome deals! More

Check out Acura of Westchester..you will not be disappointed I went to this dealership alone, which everyone I know was telling me not to do (being a woman), I guess some feel it is better to have a man sitting I went to this dealership alone, which everyone I know was telling me not to do (being a woman), I guess some feel it is better to have a man sitting there asking "the right" questions, but because I had purchased my last car from Acura of Westchester I felt comfortable enough to go by myself. Fast and easy After I have done my shopping online I narrowed it down to the mdx 2016. I knew the price that I wanted to pay and stopped by Acura of Westchester. Once I walked through the door I was greeted by Matt. He offered me coffee and water and I felt like I was treated like a friend. He sat me down at the desk and started asking me questions. He then took me for a ride in the mdx and I knew I wanted this car! He got me to my numbers in 10 min and told me I can pick up my car in a few hours. Short after I came in and my car was right in the front ready to go!!! Thanks Matt and Acura of Westchester!! Best experience! Will be back after my lease is finished! More
