The staff is very friendly. I worked with Jose. He is a very kind guy and personable. I would recommend him for that alone. However, I wish that people could remove the salesmen I worked with Jose. I know it is their living, but embellishing things to get a sale is annoying. I wish places were all no haggle. This place will try and add on some insurance thing and some exoglass that “was put on the car”, so you have to pay for it. No you don’t. I learned in economics class, don’t let dealers add anything to your bill. As far as the car. I liked the car. During the test drive the tpms light was on. I brought that to Jose’s attention. I was like maybe just low pressure and nothing real alarming. I went home to get a check to put down as I was going to sell my car to carmax the next day and use that to purchase the car. When I came back with the deposit, Jose informed me that the pressure was low in the back tire, they filled it up and he drove a block and the light went off. I didn’t confirm, but was like cool. My intention was for them to hold the car and all the sudden negotiations, paper work and credit checks were going on and I was brought to finance. I was like I just came to put a deposit down. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have even brought a deposit, I was going to come back the next morning with the cash from selling my car: I am an idiot. I came home and was looking at the pictures online of the car. The pictures that were posted on Facebook were from two months ago. Jose told me the car got to the lot 3 days ago. When looking at those pics, I saw the tpms light on behind the speedometer dial. You won’t see it unless you know that it is illuminated before hand as it blends in nicely. This made me doubt the thorough inspection. Why would you put a car on a lot, let alone the pictures with the light illuminated on the dash? And why was it still on during the test drive. Doubt came over me. I ended up being scared and just couldn’t go through with the purchase. I put the deposit down and text the sales guy 4 hours later to say I just can’t go through with the purchase. They kept my $1000. I thought in good faith, they could have refunded the money. I never went through with the purchase, never had the car in my possession, and they never had the car held for me. Everything happened at closing on a Monday night and I backed out midnight the same night. The GM let me know he would refund my deposit but it wasn’t up him. I guess the guy that owns the company made the decision. I give them an average rating because they are operating like a business and the salesmen are suppose to be salesmen type, they are in the business to make you feel like you should pay for things that they put on the car that you didn’t ask for, and I can’t fault them for trying to run a business for profit. When people are kind I can’t complain about the people either. Final thing, don’t expect to be able to leave a message or email. The boxes are full and you get an error message when trying to leave an email from the contact us. The car may have been a great car and I am going to miss out, but sometimes red flags are there for a reason. Now I get the next 10 years to think about the time I wasted $1000 on a life lesson. More

In all honesty, I love my car and happy with the purchase. However, sales person who was Derick was excited to get me into the car but didn't want to follow up with some things. It's unfortunate that some sales people want to get you and the car out the door but don't give two licks about you once they've made their commission. More

Jose was great to work with, he was understanding and very good with communication. Unfortunately I didn't really get the same vibe from the rest of the dealership. I felt like management was unprofessio very good with communication. Unfortunately I didn't really get the same vibe from the rest of the dealership. I felt like management was unprofessional and pushy towards warranties. Every dealership I've ever worked with also applies a full tank of gas with every sale. If Jose wasn't such a good person to work with I wouldn't have bought anything from this dealer. The finance guy also wanted to talk poorly about sales and would throw slights at our salesman. He seemed to be pretty unprofessional throughout the transaction. Also if it wasn't the exact vehicle I wanted I don't know that I would have stayed through the experience. More
