Im really happy with Jose Denis management, he is the most trusted person there . He's not only sold me my new sierra 1500 , he also makes the best sales management. A year ago I bought what was most trusted person there . He's not only sold me my new sierra 1500 , he also makes the best sales management. A year ago I bought what was my first GMC 3500 Denali 2021 truck from this dealer. I bought it with a seller named Willy , whom I do not recommend , because of his lack of seriousness and unrespect for his work, the car I was buying at that time was not new and had some cosmetic details to fix, this seller Willy was committed at the time of the sale that those details would be arranged for me in the service department but given my little experience, I did not ask him for any document that reflected what we had negotiated, after closing the purchase contract Willi never answered the phone again and when I went to do the First maintenance. at the service department they told me that this fix cost about $3000. and Willy never answered the phone again, I tried to locate him at the dealer and they told me that he was not there or that he was on vacation. With my busy schedule it didn't allow me to look at it every day so I decided to leave it that way, but I felt cheated. In fact, I promised myself not to buy another car from this dealer. Thank God, when I registered on the GMC website and ordered my new Sierra 1500, Jose Denis contacted me, whom I think is one of the most serious and respectful of his work and his clients, he had the patience of dealing with my rough experience and made me understand that the dealer was not to blame for my experience, he explained to me that this dealer was a family business, and both the owners and many others work very seriously for their customers, and is a reality. Jose Denis is tremendously humane and responsible, he never said anything that was not written, I recommend him one hundred percent and I congratulate the owners of the dealer for having such a seller. More

The customer service we received not only from Denis & Chris, but every single person at Vera Cadillac, is unmatched. Night & day difference from what we are used to at our local GMC/Cadillac dealership. I received a call the day after our purchase from Denis checking in on how we were liking the car so far and even asking about my husband’s well-being since he was called out on storm trouble in the middle of us signing the buyer paperwork. I’m blown away at how well we have been treated and I look forward to buying again from Vera Cadillac in the future. More
