I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with Jose Diaz, in the process of financing my 2021 Honda Civic. Jose Diaz was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. We even got to know each other a bit, when we realized we had some common interests and like old friends we spent some time catching up... Lol! Everything unexpectedly went very smoothly and I had a really good time. I highly recommend Sierra Honda O’Fallon. Great customer service, Jose Diaz was a fantastic help with great follow up on questions and getting the car I wanted. This place with was one of the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to get the car I wanted. I was helped out by Jose the salesman. I just want to say what an amazing experience, I walked in wanting a new car, Jose Diaz was so sweet and humble, there was no pressure whatsoever, I thought we were talking to a friend, and actually, we did start talking about our families and life, loved every moment of it, that was probably the first time I enjoyed going to the dealership, lol I knew we were in good hands when I looked at my man's Larry😊’s face, and he gave me that look, that Jose was going to make it happen!!!
