I have owned several Honda products in my life. I can still remember my 1991 Honda CRB 600m which was my first motorcycle. After that, I was hooked, and it was all about Hondas. A few years later, I was able to buy my first brand new Honda Civic LX. I enjoy sharing my experiences owning these great machines with my customers. My Mom and I were in last Saturday to get her a car and we had great service from Jose Diaz. He was very patient with us and even helped us compare options of a Toyota vs. Honda. She was so happy to go w we had great service from Jose Diaz. He was very patient with us and even helped us compare options of a Toyota vs. Honda. She was so happy to go with the Honda HRV Sport 2024! It was a great value and less expensive then the Toyota with more options. We will definitely tell everyone about the great dealership and how awesome Jose was with us!!! More

Jose did us wrong! Went to look at vehicle and my husband noticed leak Jose said he would have the mechanic there look at it while we would go eat and come back. We got Went to look at vehicle and my husband noticed leak Jose said he would have the mechanic there look at it while we would go eat and come back. We got his call saying leak was from rain and when we went back Jose told us it was in the process of being sold, not good at communicating to us or other person if there was really someone else buying it! More

My experience at Serra Honda was a good one. I have been turned down soooooo many times so I was a little apprehensive about coming to u guys, but you all made it worth wild. And when everyone said NO, Ben Brown said YES!!!!!!! Ben worked very hard on getting a deal I could handle. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase. Jose' and Salvator was awesome as well they all did an excellent. Even though we couldn't get what we actually wanted which was a SUV the honda civic is great and my wife looks very good in it.....Thanks guys......We will be back More
