Every single team member was knowledgeable, attentive, and, most importantly, eager to help without a trace of pressure. Chet, my salesperson, was phenomenal—patient, dedicated, and truly invested in helping me find the *right* car for me. I never felt rushed or pushed toward something that didn’t fit my needs. Instead, it felt like I was the only person on the lot, thanks to the undivided attention and personal care Chet provided. This is how car buying should be everywhere! Overall the experience wasn’t terrible. My one recommendation would be to have all vehicles detailed and cleaned beforehand. Whether new, used, or a loaner.
