While waiting for my car to be serviced, I walked up on Jacob and introduced myself. I had general car questions but my specific interest was in the XC60 Fully-Electric SUV. Jacob was very understanding and patient with me as I fielded him with numerous questions and voiced my concerns. Little did I know I’d have to make a decision as to continuing with service to my 2011 XC60 or purchase another vehicle. Jacob exhibited much compassion and sensitivity as he talked with me. I thought I’d “lose it” but Jacob managed to calm my nerves reassuring me that, “it’ll be alright”. “You’ll be alright”! Nerves somewhat calmed, I accepted the invitation of a test drive. Too nervous to drive myself, I rode as a passenger on “my test drive”. After countless text messages, emails and phone conversations, I’m very pleased and satisfied with my purchase of a Fusion Red XC60.
