This dealership is run by children. Brought my car to do a trade in and the deal did not got thru so when i asked for my key back they could not find it. They lost my 400 key to my mustang and didnt give a a trade in and the deal did not got thru so when i asked for my key back they could not find it. They lost my 400 key to my mustang and didnt give a crap. I had to come back multiple times and talk to many different people to get them to agree to pay for my key. They absolutely do not respect your time. So after having to twist some arms they told me they would pay for it (still saying they dont think they are at fault even though the guy i gave the key to admitted it in front of all of them multiple times) to get it made cause only ford can do it and bring them the bill. I did so and then the games started. I was expecting to be paid right away as they led me to believe but obviously that would be imposible just cause. Well is been 4 months and i used to call everyday trying to get ahold of the guy who took my reciepts but obviously im not buying a car so im not very important just like many of the "managers" that worked there let me know. I wouldnt buy air from these people if it was the last left on the planet. More

Shady shady!! They Sigurd with me for a trade in on my 2019 vehicle. The wanted to give me 17k for a trade in. I have 3 other dealers that were going to give me 24k. They tried to rate the car as a low 2019 vehicle. The wanted to give me 17k for a trade in. I have 3 other dealers that were going to give me 24k. They tried to rate the car as a lower model. I told them they are looking at the wrong model. They said no we are right on with our trade in value. I spoke the the sales manager. I told him he needs to put in the correct options the vehicle has. After he argued with me he did and offered me 20k. I told him he is way to far off!! My wife and I walked out. Super rude people!! More

Bad experience I am a USAA member and was utilizing their car buying service . I had a loan approved by USAA so all I needed was to find a vehicle I liked. I found a I am a USAA member and was utilizing their car buying service . I had a loan approved by USAA so all I needed was to find a vehicle I liked. I found a supposed certified preowned (this was according too their ad) GMC Acadia listed by Miami Lakes Automall . I called them before driving an hour in traffic with my Wife and daughter which by the way does not like long car rides just to make sure the price listed was the price. I spoke a lady named Michelle which assured me that was the price I was going to pay. I went ahead and printed my USAA certificate which stated the selling price, their fees, and my USAA discount. All I needed to do was present the certificate and that is it. I get to the dealer and I was surprised by the salesman when he stated that the price listed was if you use one of their preferred lenders if not its 2000 more. I was furious at this point because part of the agreement they sign with USAA for them to be included in their car buying service is that they had to honor the certificate and the price was not dependent of using one of their lenders. USAA tried to intervene , but the salesman did not want to talk to them. To make matters worse the vehicle was not even certified preowned as stated in the listing. In the end I left because I did not trust them anymore. I ended up going down the road to offlease only.com and found something better and cheaper. I wholeheartedly recommend them. If you are USAA member please avoid Miami Lakes Automall at all cost. I did also file a complaint against them at USAA so they don't do this to other service members. Hopefully USAA will kick them out of the Car buying service. More

Scammed by Miami Lakes Automall WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. With I could do less than 1 star. Was given a price by JOSE FERRIN over the phone which was literally their asking WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. With I could do less than 1 star. Was given a price by JOSE FERRIN over the phone which was literally their asking price no more no less. I agreed to it so I set my schedule aside and fought an hour through Miami traffic. I get there and JOSE FERRIN has the discussed price ready to go. All seemed well and we moved to finance to wrap things up. Once again my out the door price that we agreed to multiple times over the phone was present in the finance office with JESUS FRANCOS. We discussed interest rates and what the payment would be and I started signing papers. JESUS FRANCOS stepped outside for a few minutes and returned with JOSE FERRIN and that's when it all went downhill. They did their little "Oh no there's been a computer glitch" routine that seemed as if it had been used a thousand times over. Long story short JOSE FERRIN and JESUS FRANCOS lied to me multiple times and tried to talk me into this new price increase of $2000 which they couldn't clearly explain (those pesky computers). So I left and I will never give MIAMI LAKES AUTOMALL my business. Glad I recorded the whole show that these SCAM artists put on. So far it's a hit with my family and friends. MIAMI LAKES AUTOMALL wasted my day, gas, and I got 3 hard inquiries on my credit report! Do yourself a favor and go to a real dealership. This is the quintessential grimy car dealership. More
