Hello, my name is Jose Fuentes. I was born and raised right here in Walla Walla, Washington, and I take a lot of pride in serving the community I call home. My automotive career began in 2022, starting with oil changes. From there, I worked my way up, gaining hands-on experience and advancing into a certified technician role, where I performed full vehicle repairs and diagnostics. As my experience grew, so did my desire to do more. I wanted a position where I could better support my community and truly help customers not just work on their vehicles, but make sure they felt informed, comfortable, and confident in the decisions being made about their cars. I believe customers deserve honest, clear information, not pressure or being “upsold” on unnecessary repairs. Our goal at this dealership is to be fully transparent, prioritize customer satisfaction, and make every customer feel welcomed and reassured.

We're very pleased with the used truck we purchased. While, initially upset, when we found shortly after leaving the dealership on a Sunday, in the middle of a holiday weekend, that we had no air cond While, initially upset, when we found shortly after leaving the dealership on a Sunday, in the middle of a holiday weekend, that we had no air conditioner, Jose was quick to respond and to set up a schedule to have the problem corrected. Hopefully, they learned something about ensuring all systems on used vehicles perform as expected before leaving the lot, and, I ensure you, we learned that lesson on any future purchase. All in all, the staff at Chev of WW were great to deal with, and to work through our issue with, so I would definitely consider purchasing from them again. More
