Are Nissan Titan is broken down all the time Nissan of Walla Walla has had the pickup again for 4 months again now they are saying another 2 weeks it never stops with them the owner won't even call back . The timing of repair was good. The cost was very high & i am not convinced I needed the extent of work recommended. I was disappointed to get socked a 3% charge for paying a $3,0 The cost was very high & i am not convinced I needed the extent of work recommended. I was disappointed to get socked a 3% charge for paying a $3,000 bill with a card. I felt the repair already had a hefty profit margin built in, and I doubt if the card merchant fee was that high. To top it off, I was told my vehicle had been washed, when it clearly had not. Over all, the customer service felt like I was being taken advantage of. More
