After test driving, I placed a refundable deposit on 2 of the cars while I took a day to make my decis I went in to look at 4 cars I had seen online. I felt like it was a no-brainer to leave the deposits since I would be refunded if I decided to not go with either car. Jose was very nice to work with - no pressure, made me feel comfortable about the process. I decided to purchase one of the cars and went back a day and a half later to finalize the purchase. From the receptionist, to Jose Garcia our sales person, to Dave Olson our Finance manager and Kim Bailey when we picked up the truck. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The price of the Truck was extremely fair and the "No Hassle" way of business is something I appreciate after doing research on the 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck, which had more options installed than what I was originally looking at at the other dealer. I ended up buying from Bourne's Auto Center with great satisfaction to the experience and price. More

Very Quick Helpful I had to drive an hour to look at the vehicle, but they were kind enough to bring it out front so that by the time I got there it was waiting for me. After the test drive, they tried to match or beat an APR that I had received from another source. Eventually after their eager search for the best price, they finally got it to a percentage that was very flattering. In conclusion, they were a very helpful staff that was very happily to aid me get the car I always wanted. Thanks again Bourne's Auto Center, I'll definitely look into you guys next time I'm out shopping for another vehicle. More
